If you have not ever logged into the system before, there are 2 ways to create a profile.
1. You can click the Login/Register text link the upper right hand corner
or
2. Click the "Apply Now" button on the program page that you'd like to apply
You will then be prompted to login using your Pirate ID and Passphrase (just like you do when logging into any computer on campus or your ECU e-mail).
